Processing Time:
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Please note that orders with custom artwork may require additional time for processing and production. We will notify you of any expected delays promptly.

Shipping Method & Coverage:
We offer FREE shipping on all arcade machines delivered to FedEx-serviceable addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. If you are outside the continental U.S. or require shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote and timeline.

 

Return & Cancellation Policy

 

Returns:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our arcade machines and the high cost of shipping, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order.

Order Cancellations:

• Non-Custom Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the item has not yet shipped.

• Custom Orders: Orders involving custom artwork or personalization are non-cancellable once production begins.
