3-Year Warranty for Peace of Mind

 

All All American Arcades machines come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty to provide our customers with confidence and peace of mind.

 

What’s Covered: 

• All internal components and parts are fully covered for malfunction or manufacturer defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery.

• Warranty coverage includes technical support and replacement parts as needed due to product faults.

 

What’s Not Covered:

• User-related damage, including: Mishandling or physical abuse

• Improper installation or modifications

• Electrical damage, lightning strike etc.

• Cosmetic wear from normal use

• Environmental damage, such as:

• Water exposure

• Extreme temperatures

• Improper storage or transit after delivery

Although these issues are not covered under warranty, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly assist with troubleshooting or repair guidance.

 

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team to describe the issue.

2. Provide clear photographs of the affected area or component.

3. One of our trained All American Arcades technicians will review your claim and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.

 

Important: All assessments and warranty decisions made by our technicians are final.
